Overnight Packages
Notice given seven days or more prior to arrival date:
full refund minus a $50.00 service fee.

Notice given less than seven days prior to arrival date:
credit will be issued minus a $20.00 service fee.

Day Packages

Notice given seven days or more prior to arrival date:
full refund minus $20.00 service fee.

Notice given less than seven days prior to arrival date:
credit will be issued minus $20.00 service fee.

Notice given prior to 24 hours to booking:
no charge to credit card or form of payment on file.

Notice given less than 24 hours to booking:
full amount charged to form of payment on file.

Life Enrichment Center Deck _ provided by Westglow Resort and Spa

Children

Westglow Resort and Spa welcomes children of any age accompanied by an adult in our Fleur de lis Lodge, Rowland’s Restaurant, and our salon. The salon offers special rates for children’s haircuts, while Rowland’s happily accomodates the needs of our younger visitors.

However, to ensure a sense of rejuvenation and tranquility for all guests, children under the age of 16 are not permitted in our Life Enrichment Center, Lodge at Westglow, or mansion accommodations.

Dining

The culinary team at Rowland’s Restaurant prides itself on the dining experience Westglow offers. All meals are expertly crafted with an emphasis placed on a farm-to-table philosophy amid a fine dining atmosphere.

Breakfast and dinner are served in the formal dining areas at Rowland’s Restaurant. Lunch is served daily at our Poolside Cafe in the Life Enrichment Center for packages guests, members, and overnight residents.

Dinner at Rowland’s is open nightly to the public and reservations are strongly encouraged. A business casual dress code is encouraged, but not strict; dinner jackets are not required.

Gratuities

No gratuity costs are included in any of our rates, including Resort Package meals and services.

All percentages and allocations are at the discretion of our guests. For the convenience of each guest, the option of leaving lump sum gratuities is available for our staff to then allocate accordingly.

The option of leaving amounts to specified areas is, of course, welcome as well. We do offer gratuity envelopes for guests who prefer to leave cash.

Pets

In order to preserve our historic grounds and ensure the comfort of all guests, pets of any sort are not permitted on Westglow property.
