This class has it all. 20 minutes of cardio exercise, 20 minutes of weight work and 20 minutes of flexibility training. Burn fat, strengthen, tone and stretch all in one hour. An efficient, fun and challenging workout.  All fitness levels.

*All classes are appropriate for most fitness levels, beginners are welcome but it is important to work at your own pace.
